This position is based in Charlotte, NC.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Sales Analyst to join our inclusive and dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your unique perspective to develop Power BI dashboards, create impactful customer-facing documents, and analyze sales trends. Your insights will drive smart, data-driven decisions that align with our vision of enhancing well-being through innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

* Power BI Dashboards: Develop and maintain dashboards that provide real-time insights, supporting diverse teams in data-driven decision-making.
* Document & Presentation Creation: Produce high-quality materials that clearly communicate key information to a broad and diverse audience.
* Sales & Inventory Analysis: Identify trends and opportunities to drive business growth, with a focus on inclusive strategies.
* Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, valuing diverse perspectives to support our commitment to excellence and sustainability.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, COGNOS, Power BI, and Salesforce. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and data analysis

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
* 5-7 years of experience in a sales analysis or similar role is preferred.
* Proven experience with Power BI and data analysis.
* Power BI Certification: Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate or similar certifications can be beneficial and demonstrate a strong understanding of the tool.
* Strong communication skills and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
