Career Opportunity: We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager working on a large enterprise integration and back-office project. Reporting to the Manager, Media Project Management Office, the successful candidate will be accountable for managing the efficient execution of a portfolio of digital and software projects in addition to infrastructure contributing to the overall success and health of the Media PMO. Accountabilities: * Expertly plan projects in order to accomplish its goals within constraints such as time, cost, and agreed quality standards * Schedule tasks, deadlines, and milestones for all stakeholders & resources * Manage Agile project milestones including sprint planning, iterations, pacing, and delivery * Create project schedules/pipelines/Gantt charts with MS Project, or with other standardized project tools, including detailed milestones * Lead all project communications including reporting, success metrics/KPI tracking, team scrums, stakeholder updates, etc. * Manage stakeholder relationships and provides expert advice on project related issues * Proactively identify and actively manage project risks, uncertainties, and issues for all stakeholders and escalates where necessary * Manage an assigned portfolio of projects on a day-to-day basis * Ensure flawless execution of all assigned projects by coordinating efforts of all stakeholders to deliver the plan and achieve project and organizational goals * Intimately understand the requirements, deliverables and goals of the project and ensure that work proceeds on-spec * Support and manage each project team to ensure overall project success, and creates a project environment that is enabling and focused on delivery * Evaluate deliverables prepared by the team to make sure the work meets requirements and maintains a high level of quality * Create, maintain, and constantly look to improve project management process * Promote a culture of discipline for standards, processes, and artifact generation * Conduct project performance evaluations, retrospectives, and/or post mortems * Continue professional learning and improvement of Project Management skills while working closely with Manager and other PMO team members to improve overall PMO performance and delivery Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications: The Project Manager is highly quantitative, and can balance business with creativity to become an integral part of the daily operations of the business.
