In this role, you will work with our IT analysts and business stakeholders to implement complex, cross-functional projects using agile, waterfall, and hybrid methodologies. This role will work with and support agile teams responsible for designing, building, and maintaining Cooper's IT Systems with a strategic focus on an exceptional patient experience, excellence in healthcare and high employee satisfaction. Qualifications needed: 

*  Successful candidates must be highly organized with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.

*  Highly skilled at leading group discussions, with excellent coordination skills and focus on follow-through.

*  Excellent listening, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills for both technical and non- audiences.

*  Able to mentor less senior team members and coach scrum teams on project management activities and agile practices.

*  Able to contribute to a collaborative culture and positive work environment.

What you will do: 

*  Lead skilled teams in end-to-end project delivery for high-visibility initiatives, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

*  Traverse between classic waterfall, agile and hybrid project management depending on the requirements of the initiative.

*  Prepare project documentation i.e. charters, timelines, RAID logs, status reports and stakeholder communication plans. 

*  Prepare and communicate project status at various levels from team to executive steering.

*  Lead project meetings/agile ceremonies. 

*  Track project metrics.

*  Prepare and participate in weekly and quarterly cross team project intake and commitment ceremonies.

*  Mentor less senior team members.

*  Active participation in PMO continuous process improvement. 

Qualifications:

Information Services/Technology Experience
Proficiency in MS office Suite
