Responsibilities: Product Leadership * Lead strategic initiatives across integrations, GenAI/Agentic AI use cases, and business analytics. * Translate vision into roadmap and product backlog; work with engineering to drive development cycles. Stakeholder Collaboration * Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and business stakeholders to define, scope, and prioritize requirements. * Communicate cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, Client Solutions, and Operations. Execution & Delivery * Ensure delivery of high-quality BRDs and user stories with clear acceptance criteria. * Act as a liaison between tech and non-tech stakeholders to ensure product alignment and success. User & Market Focus * Be the voice of the customer, ensuring that the solutions deliver measurable value. * Work with clients and internal teams to gather feedback and iterate on product features. Qualifications: Domain Expertise * Deep understanding of the investment lifecycle, especially loans and private capital markets. * Familiarity with workflows of asset managers, credit/equity teams, and documentation-heavy transactions. * Experience with treasury systems, loan accounting, fund accounting (e.g., WSO, Virtus, Investran, Calypso, Kondor+). AI & Analytics * Proven experience implementing GenAI/Agentic AI use cases in enterprise settings. * Hands-on involvement with business intelligence platforms and data analytics initiatives. Technical Skills * Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, XML, SQL. * Familiarity with systems engineering and low-code/no-code platforms. Soft Skills * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * High proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word for documentation and presentations. * Strong organizational skills and an ability to multitask effectively.
