				Overview:

We're looking for a creative, driven, and experienced marketing manager to join our Partner Marketing team. Our mission is to create an partner experience, providing partners with the right engagement and marketing resources to help them scale their business with Avalara.

As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will develop strategic marketing and program management programs that enhance how we support our partners. You'll operate at both a strategic level (setting the vision) and a tactical level (managing and launching important programs). As part of the partner experience team, you'll help promote Avalara's partnerships to the next level.

This role is based remotely in Brazil and reports to the Senior Director Partner Marketing Experience

Responsibilities:

* You will lead the strategy to expand the digital partner experience on Avalara.com and the Partner Portal, ensuring a seamless, engaging journey between ungated and gated experiences.

* You will evelop and oversee the creation of foundational program assets, including:

* Pitch decks for partner recruitment and enablement.

* Program guides outlining benefits, tiers, and engagement opportunities.

* Program spotlights highlighting partner success stories and achievements.

* You will lead the development of new partner experiences and programs, including:

* Launch the partner directory to enhance visibility and engagement.

* Introduce partner awards to recognize top-performing partners.

* Design a content hub to centralize resources and insights.

* Improve navigation and usability across digital partner touchpoints.

* You will create marketing assets for program-related projects, such as sales incentives, partner enablement programs, and certifications.

* You will implement and track performance metrics for digital experiences, optimizing engagement and effectiveness.

Who you'll work with:

* Partner Marketing & Partner Management Teams - Collaborate to develop the strategy that showcases the end-to-end Avalara Partner Program.

* Digital Experience, Brand, and Content Marketing Teams - You will bring the Avalara Partner Marketing vision to life while ensuring a cohesive experience.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.

* 8+ years of relevant marketing and program management experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology company.

* You have at least 5 years experience with US target audience.

* You will have at least 6 years experience delivering a foundational partner experience through proactive, personalized, persona-based marketing and a unified partner comms strategy and execution.
