Responsibilities:

The Senior Manager of Supply Chain leads a team of Supply Chain Planners/Buyers and oversees an enterprise-wide supply chain operation with responsibilities over purchasing, and inventory management.  Additional responsibilities include strategic planning, ad hoc problem solving and managing relationships with a diverse vendor community, a growing customer base, and all relevant internal departments. Qualifications:

* Outstanding analytic skills with demonstrated success organizing, analyzing, and accurately interpreting large amounts of data.
* Capable of influencing & educating organization on supply chain and forecasting success factors.
* High comfort level negotiating with vendors and key business partners. 
* Skilled presenter to senior management and executive level.
* Outstanding communication (both verbal and written) and relationship management skills.
* Ability to prioritize workload to have the most significant impact on customer satisfaction and performance to KPI's.
* Prior experience in food and/or code sensitive product environment preferred.
* Experience with business intelligence tools like Power BI and Tableau highly desired.
Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
* 7+ years of related supply chain experience desired.
* Minimum 3 years of experience directly managing people, including hiring, developing, motivating, directing work and setting priorities.
* Forecasting/planning experience in a high SKU, slow movement environment utilizing advanced planning systems such as Manhattan, JDA Demand/Fulfillment, SAP/APO, Logility, Oracle Demantra, etc.
