Responsibilities:
The Partner Excellence Senior Manager will own and execute projects at the intersection of strategy and transformation. This role will collaborate with internal teams such as Supply Chain, Operations, Transportation, IT, Finance, Strategy & Category Management and will support the team to deliver strategic projects and process improvements that will transform the way KeHE does business. As with all positions at KeHE, we expect that all actions will be consistent with KeHE's Mission, Vision, and Values.
Qualifications:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
* Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Project Management Organization, or a related field.
* Minimum of 4+ years of experience in managing people.
* Experience with solutions like MS Project, Smartsheet's, Monday.com ideal but not required.
* Experience with business intelligence tools like Power BI and Tableau highly desired.
