Responsibilities:

The Sr. Manager, HR - Corporate Operations will support multiple corporate and field based teams including Supply Chain, Transportation, and Operations Continuous Improvement (OpX). The role will provide strategic HR support for these verticals supporting remote stakeholders across the enterprise including regional offices in FL and employees in the warehouse network.

This role will require the leader to work in corporate and field warehouse environments to build strong relationships with operations teams. The leader must have experience with strategic influence to support KPIs, performance management, organizational design, employee relations, project execution, and strategic leadership. The role will serve as support to corporate and warehouse teams working as a trusted advisor to foster an environment consistent with KeHE' s Culture, Mission and Values.

Qualifications:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership role in corporate, warehouse, supply chain, and/or transportation industries

  Strong knowledge of employes laws and HR best practices

  Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills

  HR Certification - PHR, SPRHM, SHRM-CP/SCP preferred

  Must be able to travel 25%

  Ability to occasionally work nights and weekends.
