Responsibilities:

The Senior Manager of Facilities Engineering role is a Dynamic and results-driven leader with a proven track record in leading multi-site manufacturing/distribution center operations. This role will combine technical engineering expertise with strong business acumen, vendor management skills, and the ability to inspire high-performing teams across multiple locations. As with all positions at KeHE Distributors, we expect that all actions will be consistent with KeHE's Mission, Vision, and Values.

Qualifications:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

* B.S. Business, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Facilities Engineering (required)
* M.S. in related field or advanced coursework in facilities management/energy systems (preferred)
* Professional certifications such as PE License, Certified Facility Manager (CFM), LEED AP, OSHA 30, Building Operator Certification (BOC), and Six Sigma Green/Black Belt highly valued
* Minimum of 6+ years in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Facilities Engineering or related field
* Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in leading a team

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

These physical demands are representative of the physical requirements necessary for an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. 

Travel 50% of the time.
