Responsibilities: The Senior Manager of Customer Experience & Commercial Strategies plays a key cross-functional role supporting initiatives that connect Commercial strategy with Operations, Supply Chain, IT, and Customer Experience to translate commercial needs into executable solutions, ensuring alignment between teams and enhance customer experience across the food distribution network. This role will lead a team and small- and medium-sized commercial and operational projects independently, while supporting leadership on large, enterprise-wide programs. Strong project management and change management skills are required to improve customer onboarding, sales execution, fulfillment performance, and enterprise planning. Qualifications: EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: * Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field required; Master's degree preferred. * Minimum of 6 years of experience in commercial operations, supply chain, project management, or related roles (food distribution or CPG preferred). * Minimum of 3 years of management experience. * PMP or similar certification is strongly preferred. * Experience with OMS, WMS, TMS, planning systems, automation, or related technologies a strong plus. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: * Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods. * Frequent use of computers, phones, and office equipment. * Occasional bending, twisting, or reaching as needed. * Fast-paced environment; occasional evening or weekend work may be required.
