Overview:
The Senior Manager of Brand Marketing will lead the execution of brand marketing strategies for PDS Health and its business unit brands. This role is focused on driving brand growth through multi-channel marketing campaigns and partnerships, ensuring alignment with business objectives. The Senior Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to build brand awareness and equity. Success in this role requires strategic thinking, team leadership, and a data-driven approach to campaign management.
Responsibilities
Strategic Execution
* Support the development and execute brand marketing strategies that align with corporate objectives and strengthen brand positioning.
* Contribute to the development of annual marketing plans and lead the execution of key initiatives.
Team Leadership
* Manage and develop a team of brand marketing specialists, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
* Provide mentorship, performance feedback, and development opportunities to ensure team success.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing Operations, Creative, and Business Development, to ensure brand consistency and integrated marketing execution.
* Partner with key stakeholders to support go-to-market strategies and product launches.
Campaign Management
* Oversee the planning, development, and execution of brand marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and in-office channels.
* Ensure all marketing initiatives meet performance goals and brand standards.
Vendor Coordination
* Work with external agencies, media partners, and creative vendors to execute campaigns and enhance brand visibility.
* Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
Performance Monitoring
* Analyze campaign performance data to track effectiveness and optimize future marketing efforts.
* Leverage insights from analytics teams to drive decision-making and resource allocation.
Budget Oversight
* Assist in managing budgets for brand marketing initiatives, ensuring cost-effective execution and maximizing ROI.
Industry Awareness
* Stay informed about industry trends, competitive activity, and consumer insights to drive innovation and maintain brand relevance.
* Serve as a brand advocate internally, ensuring brand messaging is consistently communicated.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
* 8+ years of experience in brand marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
* Proven track record of executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
* Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
* Data-driven approach with experience interpreting marketing performance metrics.
Preferred
* Degree in Marketing/Communications/Business Administration or related field.
* Experience in Dental/Retail/Healthcare industry.
* Agency experience is a plus.
