Overview:
As a Sr. Manager of Architecture and Infrastructure team you will be leading you will lead and manage the software architecture, cloud platform engineering and DevOps enablement team in our Pune Development Center, this includes Software Architects, Solution Architects, Cloud platform and DevOps Engineers. Your responsible for building a high-performance team that will be responsible to develop architectures for our next generation products, manage and operate development infrastructure - Cloud Platform and DevOps Tools.
As a Sr. Manager you should have hands-on senior leadership experience, exceptional communication, resource management and project management skills and a strong belief in transparency and accountability.
You are someone who has a passion for drive Architecture and DevSecOps principles and best practices, has experience building complex software systems, and deep understanding of advanced automation toolsets for CI/CD infrastructure, and the ability to lead and provide direction in a continuously changing and competitive technology landscape. You care about what you do and are passionate leading teams and cross functional collaboration.
You have led teams in the past in the areas of Software Architecture, Software Development, Cloud Platform Engineering, DevOps Engineering.

* li">Support vendor evaluation, strategic planning, staff planning and management, budget, and system forecasting, change management, systems security, systems performance monitoring, reporting, and partner support.
Qualifications:
* li">E li">xperience li">managing li"> highly scalable distributed systems li"> in Linux/Unix environments
* li">Experience setting operational metrics and reporting.
* li">5+ years managing and mentoring technical talent
* li">5 li">+ years minimum years' experience of product engineering and support in the global environments
* li">5+ years of li">demonstrated li"> ability in li">DevSecOps li">, Infrastructure Delivery, and technical operations
* li">Strong li">track record li"> of delivering results and li">are able to li"> effectively prioritize and manage multiple competing priorities with various business stakeholders.
* li">Experience leading Architecture/Principal level engineers.
* li">10+ years' experience as an established technical leader of li">Software li">Architecture or li">Engineering Teams li">, with proven li">track record li"> of successfully delivering services
* BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer/ Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Physics, Math, or related fields or equivalent work experience
