Responsibilities:
The Rental Operations team is responsible for business applications that support the Airport Rental and Home City lines of business to include technologies on the web, tablet, mobile device, and kiosk solutions. For this reason, we welcome applicants that have previously worked in or are currently working in our Airport or Home City rental locations, who may be knowledgeable with Enterprise Holding's software applications.
Enterprise Mobility believes that our customers' experience should be first-class, so as a Senior Business Analyst you will become our "Customer Advocates." You will not only be responsible for ensuring high-quality requirement gathering, but also creating new ideas for better customer experience, and assist in researching solutions to issues reported from our customers.
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will serve as a key leader, partnering closely with business stakeholders, IT leadership, and software development teams. You'll be responsible for developing, interpreting, reviewing, validating, documenting, and maintaining both business and functional requirements for our software applications.
This role is ideal for a proactive, self-motivated individual who can confidently lead discussions, drive alignment, and guide teams to clear conclusions. Please note, this position includes participation in an on-call rotation to support smoke testing during software deployments.
In this role, you will evaluate business requests for feasibility, conduct research, and identify options that best meet business needs while aligning with IT strategic initiatives. Acting as a liaison between the business and software engineering teams, you will translate business requirements, present solution options, clarify requirements, and ensure the technical solutions meet business expectations.
Additional responsibilities include participating in acceptance testing, identifying potential issues, and exploring opportunities to reduce complexity. You'll also provide mentorship to base analysts, occasionally lead projects, and ensure the successful delivery of business solutions.

Qualifications:
Required:
* Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
* Must reside in the United States (does not include Alaska or Hawaii)
* Must be able to work a schedule within U.S. Central Standard Time core business hours.
* Must be committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities
* 3+ years of experience with developing, interpreting, reviewing, validating, documenting functional business requirements, technical requirements, and specifications, and use cases.
* 3+ years of business analysis experience in an application development setting with exposure to various methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
* Proven track record of taking initiative and driving a plan effectively.
* Ability to effectively manage time and multi-task.
* Ability to communicate effectively across various audiences within IT teams- peers, engineers, and leadership.
* Display leadership and team centric skills.
* Display strong problem solving and IT technical skills.
* Excellent at building and maintaining relationships across IT and business partners.
* Secure in independent judgment and autonomous decision making.
* Experience serving as the primary interface between the user and an IT team.
* Experience preparing and delivering informal and formal presentations to own team, department, other IT teams, senior leadership, and business partners.
* Excellent understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
* Ability to judge between what is requested and what is feasible given the parameters of the technology and the project timeline.
* Experience assisting with the development of standards, processes, and procedures for the department.
* Ability to provide continuous improvements for applications, processes, and team.
Preferred:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field preferred
* Experience with Greenlight, ECARS, or Launchpad Rental systems is preferred.
* Experience in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, and Confluence is preferred.
* Experience in large-scale enterprise applications and processes is preferred.
* Experience with APIs and API specification writing is preferred.
