Responsibilities: The Facilities Senior Manager is responsible for the efficient operations of the warehouse equipment, IT systems and operating systems as well as ensuring the facility housekeeping standards are met on a daily basis. This person leads and directs the maintenance and sanitation teams within the Distribution Center. This position is also responsible for technology support for the warehouse systems and IT equipment. Qualifications: * Previous facilities experience in a warehouse environment preferred. * Previous experience supervising and leading teams. * Previous experience in a heavily automated facility * Previous experience with large conveyor networks and associated automation * Background in working with outside vendors and contractors. * Some weekend and evening work required. * High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred * Proficiency with MS Office * Qualifications / Additional Skills /Aptitude: * Ability to communicate well with internal and external customers and management. * Ability to follow safe working practices, as instructed. * Ability to efficiently work independent of direct supervision.
