Responsibilities:
As a Sr Expert Data Engineering, you will:
* Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and systems for large-scale data processing.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine and implement innovative data solutions.
* Ensure data quality and integrity through strict validation and testing procedures.
* Improve data workflows to boost performance and reliability.
* Lead and mentor junior engineers, encouraging a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
* Stay updated with the latest industry trends and standard methodologies to ensure our data engineering processes meet the highest standards.
* Successfully implement data architecture projects from conception to completion.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in data engineering, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
* Expertise in data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing solutions.
* Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
* Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka.
* Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
* Outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to approach challenges in an unexpected way.
* Outstanding communication and teamwork skills, with a dedication to collaboration and inclusion.
* A degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
