Responsibilities:
What You'll Do
* Supports the Ethics & Compliance team in day-to-day operations and decision-making by performing various management, analysis, and research tasks. Conducts investigations in CONOS and OCONUS locations, typically remotely however in rare instances may require travel. Develops and prepares investigation reports, presentations, spreadsheets and reports that assist in delivering business results. Assist with overall Ethics and Compliance operations, and supports the rapid-response information and analysis needs of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conducts confidential and sensitive investigations into alleged misconduct as directed, primarily in the USA but also other regions as needed. (60%)
* Prepares investigation reports, recommends substantiated or unsubstantiated findings, and briefs the Ethics & Compliance Executive Director on investigated cases. (10%)
* Serves as an administrator of the Ethics Point database. Creates new cases, enters information, uploads needed files, and ensures case documentation is complete before closing cases. (5%)
* Analyzes historical data (e.g. EthicsPoint Trends and Anti-Corruption metrics), makes recommendations, and creates presentations that lead to effective management decisions. (5%)
* Performs special analytical projects (e.g., presentations to reflect trends, "heat maps" of trouble areas, assists the Ethics and Compliance Executive Director in Board Material creation) (5%)
* Reviews Business Courtesy Request System and performs review of requests (5%)
* Exhibits excellent team leadership skills in terms of facilitation, decision-making, interpersonal communication, organization, self-motivating, and can work independently.
* Maintains confidentiality on all cases.
* Performs other duties as required.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
* Education/Experience:
* Bachelor's degree and minimum of six (6) years' experience or
* Master's degree and minimum of two (2) years' experience or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.
* 4+ years' experience conducting confidential investigations
* Software:
* Experience with the Microsoft Office (Suite Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, Teams)
* Ethicspoint software
* Other Requirements:
* Ability to travel as needed to V2X locations including abroad.
* United States citizenship required.
* Skill:
* Strong soft skills, interpersonal skills, self-motivator
* Technology:
* Personal computer, printer, copy machine and other general office equipment.

* The successful candidate's starting pay will be based on, but not limited to, their job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
* The following salary range is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation and may be modified at the discretion of the company.
* USD $ 80,000 - 130,000
* Provided salary range minimum and maximum values correspond to variances between regional/geographic locations across the United States.
