Responsibilities: The Senior Server Engineer is a critical role responsible for server and storage infrastructure in the enterprise. This individual will be a technical expert with experience in various operating systems, virtualization technologies, and cloud solutions. They will play a key role in ensuring the stability, performance, and security of the company's IT infrastructure. As with all positions at KeHE Distributors, we expect that all actions will be consistent with KeHE's Mission, Vision, and Values. Qualifications: * Experience: 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure roles, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead position in a 24/7 enterprise environment. * Project Management: Proven track record of managing and delivering IT infrastructure projects * Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make decisions based on data. * Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. * Certifications: Relevant certifications (Microsoft, VMware, AWS) are highly desirable. * Technical Expertise: * Deep technical knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory (both on-prem and Azure). * Proficient in virtualization technologies, particularly VMware; experience with Hyper-V is a plus. * Proficient in scripting languages (PowerShell preferred) * Ability to learn and adapt new technologies * Preferred: * SCCM/MECM * Intune * SCOM * SRDF Replication * Linux
