				Responsibilities:

Sr. Director, Business Development for GFT Infrastructure, Inc. to work at our Audubon, PA loc. May telecommute 2 days/wk. 

Develop and maintain high-level business relationships and create growth strategies w/ new and existing customers. Lead existing and new business development focused on Private and Commercial Markets Exec-
Level Customer Engagement for a specific area or market. Monitor overall market trends, customer budgets and competitive market position. Execute long-term business and marketing strategies. Direct marketing campaigns to establish and cultivate longterm relationships w/ key client officials while strengthening client relations. Lead and guide proposal team thru entire process. Maintain client relations and win competitive new business. Maintain knowledge of competitors and industry partners. Review and direct market sales initiatives and activities, including win strategies. Define market share takeaway strategy for vulnerable competitors. Serves as change agent for market. ID market and strategic partnerships. Develop solutions strategy. Define R&D investment strategies. Maintain regular contact and relationships w/ important clients and customers on existing program execution and new business pursuits; assess performance to address potential project/ program delivery issues. Engage in industry associations. National travel to client sites 3-4 days/week. May undergo background check incl MV record check, reference check, and drug screen.

Qualifications:

Must have Bachelor's in Architecture, Science, Engineering, or rel field and 10 yrs rel exp in private and commercial energy industry. Also reqs skills (7 yrs exp) in: energy industry business development/ growth/ capture management; (3 yrs exp) in: working with Electric Utilities clients (Avangrid, PP&L, and PSE&G). Compensation:
The salary range for this role is $192,000 - $245,000. Salary is dependent upon experience and geographic location.
