				Responsibilities:

GFT Infrastructure is seeking a Senior Designer to join our Geotechnical Dams & Hydraulics Team in Fort Worth, TX! This role follows a hybrid work model, requiring regular attendance at one of our Fort Worth, Texas office.

What you'll be challenged to do:

Seeking Senior Designer with 3 or more years of experience for our Fort Worth office. This position will assist in the planning, design, and production of H&H, land development and transportation projects, working as part of a design team under the direct supervision of a PE. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who has experience in roadway, drainage design, and utility design.

In this capacity, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following: 

* Assisting in the development of drainage impact studies
* Helping to prepare drainage construction plans and specifications
* Compiling watershed drainage studies, master plans and engineering reports
* Assist in the preparation of permit applications and other regulatory documents
* Coordinate with other team members and consultants
* Attend meetings with clients and regulatory agencies

Qualifications:

What you will bring to our firm: 

* B.S. in Civil Engineering 
* EIT license in the State of Texas 
* 1-3 years of experience in H & H
* Expertise with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) 
* Self-motivated and collaborate well with others
* Good oral and written communication skills

What we prefer you bring: 

* Knowledge of H&H software (HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, XPSWMM and ArcGIS. (Infoworks ICM knowledge is a plus)

Compensation:
The salary range for this role is $85,000 - $105,000. Salary is dependent upon experience and geographic location.
