As Sr.Customer Operation Specialist ,this role will work closely with Global Operations organization to ensure timely order processing. The ideal candidate is passionate about ensuring customer satisfaction and can work objectively and execute daily routine tasks with great attention to details and accuracy.
Responsibilities:
* Work with customers and sales team to handle customer orders, timely and accurately process all orders in SAP to improve order fulfillment rate, and manage the whole shipment arrangement
* Work with service team to ensure all orders are delivered in time and upload delivery information in CIT system
* Act as a window person to responsible for daily interaction and order inquires; Relied upon as an expert when working in teams and cross functionally
* Track the progress on order fulfillment and drive the efforts cross-functionally to maximize coverage and shipment rate
* Prepare necessary report (Backlog report/ DC tracking report, etc.) , and use a data driven approach to analyze and rapidly address complex business challenges
* Identify opportunities and share process improvement ideas for greater team success, provide critical support to internal business partners and external customers
* Possesses effective understanding and comprehension of products, processes, systems and applications
* Good at learning new products, process systems and applications and quickly acquiring technical knowledge, assist coworkers in order or process related issues and training needs
Qualifications:
* University Degree in International Trade or Logistics, or a related field of study
* Familiar with import and export business, 5+ years of relevant work experience in Customer Operations Order Process Management
* Proficient knowledge of MS Office tools and related IT software & working knowledge in SAP and Documentary Credit is a plus

* Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English and polished negotiation skills
* Maintain initiative and desire to learn and familiarize with products, processes and applications
* Awareness of the impact and risks of choices, and the impact on the overall process, able to identify improvement opportunities with suggestions
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure
