Responsibilities:

As a Senior Communication Administrator - Lead for Empower AI, Inc., you will manage and maintain equipment, lines, and voice circuits for all United States Mint equipment and locations and will work with United States Mint Contractors to ensure their services are provided as required under the various United States Mint contracts related to Communications Services. You will serve as a critical component in meeting our mission of providing excellent services to our client. Your experience ensures an exciting and rewarding opportunity to be at the forefront of providing the communications services required to support the United States Mint's telephony services. In assuming this position, you will be a critical contributor to meeting Empower AI, Inc.'s mission: To deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions and services that enable our customers to rapidly adapt to dynamic environments.

Highlights of Responsibilities:

* Meet the United States Mint's business needs for highly available, scalable, reliable, and secure Communications Services
* Provide Communications Services with features and functions that meet end-user needs and meet United States Mint business requirements
* Provide Communications Services that can leverage operational scale and best practices to achieve optimum commercial price performance
* Provide administrative, operational, and management support
* Achieve agreed-to Service Levels
* Provide On-Call escalation support for the 24x7x365 Service Desk

Qualifications:

Requirements: 

* Bachelor's degree Information Systems/Relevant Field. 
* Certified Telecommunications Network Specialist (CTNS) prior to onboarding.
* Minimum 15 years communications services experience. 
* Practical skills, experience and training designing, configuring, and deploying communications services hardware and software including but not limited to Avaya phone system, AT&T Toll free network, cable management, and operations and administration of communication systems.
* Ability to keep sensitive and confidential material private.
