Overview:
We are looking for an aggressive and strategic hunter to join our team. This position is responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients.
The right candidate will have a background in strategic marketing or sales solution selling (working with both product and services). We target big brands with big solutions (7 figure deals), and this position provides huge potential for the best candidate. You will have experience working with Fortune 500 brands.
This position is responsible for selling our powerful stable of incentive products, including all the BES prepaid cards, services and complex technology platform solutions for business to consumer applications. These applications include consumer promotions (i.e.: loyalty and rebate marketing programs), sales channel incentives as well as employee rewards. The position requires the ability to develop an account plan and to identify, sell and close large programs within the accounts. The best candidate must have a consultative/strategic approach to selling solutions to sales, marketing, and procurement senior executives and C-level executives. Excellent presentation skills and relationship building a must.
Responsibilities:
* New business growth. Targeting new "logos" and selling strategic programs. Provide partnership to new clients to develop market-leading solutions.
* Aggressive outreach targeting all key stakeholders within an organization.
* Identify new prospects or accounts. Develops vertical and account strategies to acquire accounts.
* Skillfully manage complex sales environments utilizing excellent negotiation, relationship and presentation skills.
* Build partnership internally and with client to deliver right solution and strategy.
* Achieve strong customer satisfaction scores from clients.
* Provide strong administration skills including utilizing CRM tools to report sales/client activity
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree preferred
* Payments/Incentives Industry experience highly preferred
* Minimum 5 years sales experience selling to Fortune 500 companies
* 5+ years' experience selling Consumer Promotions / Rebates preferred
* 5+ years proven business development experience
* Experience in solution-based selling to sales, marketing, and procurement senior executives and C-level executives.
* Proficient in MS Office Suite and salesforce.com (or another CRM tool)
* Ability to travel 40 - 50% of time in with overnight travel approximately 30%
* Proven and documented track record of sales success (top quartile performer)
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Exceptional oral and written communication skills
