Business Analyst - Contract Inteqna Toronto is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst to work with an amazing client downtown Toronto in the Broadcast Media industry. You are a well-spoken, polished professional with an excellent track record of delivery! In this position you will be responsible for: Accountabilities: * Meeting with stakeholders to document current state workflows and detailing high-level business requirements * Working with vendors and systems analysts to understand gaps in target systems, and determining whether and where changes to workflow or system enhancements are required * Advising on and document future state workflows and post system implementation * Defining business requirements for planned system enhancements * Continuously working with subject matter experts, QA, vendors, development and project management to ensure deliverables are meeting business requirements REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: * Post-secondary business or related degree preferred * A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst or in a role where similar skills or responsibilities are required * Experience in the broadcasting or telecommunications industry is an asset * Process oriented with excellent communication and organization skills * Strategic and innovative thinker with the ability to see the big picture, while also being able to drive projects from development to completion * Able to meet tight deadlines and to juggle multiple priorities, while flawlessly executing on projects in a fast-paced, often pressured environment * Effectively partner with management, team members, vendors and customers and to work well with all levels of employees is critical * Possess a positive, can-do attitude and ability to provide excellent customer service * Critical thinking, good judgment, ability to recognize communication needs and opportunities * Holds self and others accountable for achieving results Apply: Please apply directly online or submit your resume to Jessica Smith jsmith@inteqna.com Inteqna would like to thank all candidates for their interest in this opportunity.
