The American Heart Association is searching for an experienced Sr. Oracle ERP Techno-Functional consultant for the Business Technology (IT) team. 

This role is responsible for functional and technical work within the ERP finance system and related applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of ERP systems and it's architecture, development, configurations, security, and environment management. Our National Center office is in Dallas, TX. (Flexible work arrangements available)

Responsibilities:

  Work closely with the IT leadership to design and build technology solutions to achieve efficient business operation, release management, and support model.

  Collaborate with vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to resolve technical-functional issues and optimize system performance

  Manage a team of Oracle Fusion support team, providing planning, mentorship, and support.

  Ability to learn, mentor, grow, and train others in Oracle Fusion applications.

  Develop and manage the application's road map, collaborate and plan projects and releases.

  Capture requirements, analyze business processes, and design technical solutions

  Lead and monitor the high-level design, development, definition, and implementation of Oracle Fusion applications, ensuring adherence to the best practices and standards of financial solutions

  Technical development and provide technical expertise to support for Oracle Fusion, EPM, integrations, and related applications

  Ensure system stability, performance, and security of Oracle Fusion applications through proactive monitoring and maintenance

  Understand the business requirements of RICE objects, translate them to technical requirements, and develop or lead the development

  Manage technical design workshops and the development of RICE objects.

  Attend and resolve P1, P2, P3, and P4 issues and projects; support month and year ends

  Stay up to date on the latest technologies, releases, and features of Oracle Cloud infrastructure.

  Develop and implement integrations; develop reports in BIP, OTBI, FAW, and other reporting tools

  Strong communication and stakeholder management, cross-team collaboration

  Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent years of experience and training

  5 years of minimum experience in Oracle ERP, Oracle eBusiness suit or Oracle Fusion Cloud application

  Proven experience managing technical and functional requests and leading financial system projects

  Knowledge of ERP and architecture, data models, OIC, and integrated technologies.

  Proficiency in Oracle Fusion development tools such as PL/SQL, OIC, and FBDI

  Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

  Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously

  Oracle Fusion certifications is preferred but not required

  Experience with Integrated technologies and systems security best practices.

  Familiarity with SSO, MFA, location-based security, and OCI
