Responsibilities:
The Sr. Supply Assurance Analyst is a critical role with responsibility for assisting both the KeHE Account Management team and the Customer's personnel with the compilation, processing and analysis of data to enhance performance and customer satisfaction by integrating data from multiple sources, uncovering trends, performing root cause analyses, and delivering clear, impactful insights to both internal team and our customer. This role is accountable for successful execution entry into our Advanced Order Management (AOM) system for customer events including promotional, new items, and distributions. This position will maintain solid relationships with customer and supplier partners. This role demands a strong blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and cross-functional collaboration. Qualifications:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

* Bachelor's degree preferred: Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or Analytics preferred
* Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in insights or data analysis role.
* Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including some weekends as necessary
* Demonstrated ability to recognize business opportunities, without being direct to, acting quickly and decisively when appropriate.
* Ability to coordinate and prioritize a high volume of work and meet pressing time requirements.
* Ability to work independently.
* Demonstrated willingness to take responsibility for personal actions, decisions, and results.
* Demonstrated strength in oral and written communications people at all organizational levels.
* Ability to interact with a diverse group of individuals and contribute to a collaborative work environment - must be a team player.
* Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a variety of tasks simultaneously, focusing on those with the highest business impact, including anticipating problems and taking appropriate preventive action to avoid issues whenever possible.
* Experience with AS400 systems and PowerBI in strongly preferred
* Advance Microsoft Excel skills
