The Senior Analyst, ROC Content and Development strategically plan, develop, implement and evaluate a variety of training and organizational development programs. Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Revenue Operations content, training and development and ROC process improvement and training. The role mentors and coach trainers on training techniques. The Senior Analyst contributes to the training strategy while ensuring alignment with organizational needs and fostering continuous learning.

Responsibilities

* Strategically plan, develop, implement, and evaluate a wide range of training and organizational development programs to align with business goals.

* Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge base regarding systems, business processes and platforms used to support training initiatives.

* Oversee, mentor, support, and coach trainers, ensuring they demonstrate and apply exceptional training techniques.

* Provide constructive feedback and action plans with strategies for continuous improvement in training effectiveness.

* Collaborate with division leaders on process and quality improvements to drive more efficient interactions between ROC departments.

* Partner with division leaders to ensure core competencies per role are consistently adhered to and regularly updated.

* Design and create engaging, interactive, and scalable training sessions, incorporating presentations, job aids, and other materials.

* Collaborate with instructional designers to produce or modify training content in adherence to PDS Health core training values and policies.

* Lead and partner with team leaders in creation of documents, such as essential and operations guides for each division and update documentation continuously.

* Oversee quarterly assessment scores to determine department-wide developmental needs and drive learning and development initiatives.

* Create, run, and maintain various internal and external reports to identify opportunities.

* Establish evaluation strategies to measure the effectiveness of learning solutions and make recommendations for improvement.

* Track, analyze, and report on content effectiveness and value to the organization, ensuring the continuous improvement of training programs.

* Provide report to leadership detailing accomplishments, areas for improvement, clear performance goals and effectiveness of existing processes and systems.

* Direct and coordinate training activities that related to skill development to increase the quality standards of the team.

* Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Learning and Development, Education, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field of study from an accredited college or university. In lieu of degree, 5+ years of experience.

* 6+ years of professional experience in analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating learning and development programs.

* Experience training in a corporate healthcare or revenue cycle management setting.

* Experience working with Epic or similar platforms.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Preferred

* Certifications in learning and development programs, methodologies, and assessments.

* Experience in dental or medical billing operations.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

* Deep knowledge of training practices, technology applications, and reporting systems.

* Understanding of business correspondence, business principles and business reporting techniques.

* Ability to analyze situations, draw valid conclusions, and apply sound judgment.

* Ability to create an environment to facilitate learning that encompasses multiple learners.

* Ability to multi-task effectively without compromising work quality.

* Ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures appropriately.

* Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills; ability to present information to senior leadership, vendors, and peers.

* Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents: SOPs, facilitator guides, and system reference guides.

* Demonstrated organizational and detail skills; strong focus on processes and problem solving.

* Demonstrated self-motivation, proactive, and customer experience focus with an ability to work independently and as a team member.

* Ability to keep commitments and inform of work progress, timetables, and issues.

* Ability to interpret a variety of instructions written, verbal, or diagram form.
