Responsibilities: The HRIS Senior Analyst partners with customers to analyze work process design and flow, improve processes and leverage the return on technological capabilities. This role builds project plans, ensures adherence to project schedules, maintains systems orientation and can work effectively with peers to set technology priorities and conduct long-term planning. Additionally, this individual serves as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities along with supporting system upgrades, testing and other technical projects as assigned. Qualifications: SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES: * Proficiency with Excel, including writing formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc. * Proficiency with HR systems such as Dayforce and iCIMS to configure and answer questions. * Strong analytical skills, be resourceful and well organized. * Strong time management skills and an ability to effectively manage multiple priorities. * Comfortable working with both high level and lower-level projects. * Able to perform multi-faceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities. * Strong communication skills both written and verbal. * Ability to work individually and in a team environment. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human Resources or related field. * Minimum 4 years of relevant HRIS experience required. * iCIMS experience required. * Dayforce HCM experience preferred.
