				Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Account Manager to join our team in Rungis, France, with a strategic focus on the Retail and Hospitality sectors. This is a high-profile, customer-facing role that's central to our commercial success, managing a portfolio of complex, high-value accounts. We're looking for a results-oriented professional with extensive experience in strategic sales and a proven ability to influence business strategy and drive growth.

This is a full-time, office-based role at our location in Rungis, France, in line with our return-to-office policy (5 days a week). The role involves up to 50% travel, primarily across France, with occasional trips to the UK and other international destinations. Due to regular travel, a driving license is mandatory for this role. 

Responsibilities:

* Architect and execute long-term account strategies for a portfolio of the company's largest and most complex clients, ensuring alignment with business goals to deliver measurable, high-impact results
* Cultivate deep, strategic relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their complex business challenges and align our solutions to their objectives.
* Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand market penetration. Own the sales forecasting process for the assigned portfolio, delivering accurate data to inform critical business planning.
* Ensure collaboration with internal teams, including product, marketing, and support, to orchestrate the delivery of integrated solutions and ensure a superior customer experience.
* Drive the financial and strategic planning for your accounts by developing and delivering accurate sales forecasts, pipeline analysis, and regular performance reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

* A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in strategic sales or account management, preferably within a matrixed, enterprise-level environment.
* A Bachelor's degree is required, a Master's degree or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.
* Fluency in both English and French (written and verbal) is mandatory.
* Commercial acumen with a consistent track record of meeting targets
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
