Dignity Health Medical Group - North State, a service of Dignity Health Medical Foundation, is seeking a BE/BC Orthopedic Sports Medicine Surgeon to join our established orthopedic practice and help build a Sports Medicine program in beautiful Redding, California. This is an exceptional opportunity to practice with autonomy and collaboration in one of Northern California's most scenic and affordable regions.

Compensation & Benefits:
* Competitive Compensation Range: $635,000 - $700,000 / Year
* Competitive salary guarantee, paid malpractice

Qualifications:
Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality, compassionate orthopedic and sports medicine care in both clinic and hospital settings.
* Diagnose and treat musculoskeletal injuries, perform arthroscopic and reconstructive surgeries, and manage both acute and chronic conditions.
* Collaborate with fellow orthopedic surgeons, physical therapists, athletic trainers, and primary care providers to deliver comprehensive care.
* Participate in program development, community outreach, and quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
* MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery with fellowship training in Sports Medicine
* Active California medical license (or ability to obtain)
* DEA certification
* Strong surgical skills and a commitment to patient-centered care
