Responsibilities: * Act as a liaison between back of house and front of house to organize and deliver food to guests or package to go orders * Check status of orders and ensure each dish meets restaurant standards * Ensure dishes are properly plated and free of smudges and spills * Ensure to go orders are packed with correct items and needed condiments * Assist with delivering food to the correct tables * Assist with side duties of the restaurant * Safely and effectively use all equipment essential to the position * Interact with fellow Team Members in a cooperative manner Qualifications: * Must be able to read and organize food trays according to kitchen ticket * Must be able to work at a fast pace with a sense of urgency * Able to share or divide attention among several ongoing activities * Must have excellent Guest service skills
