Responsibilities: Position Summary: Participates as a member of the health care team working with professional non-professional staff and associated professionals in providing care which provides optimum home care and continuity of care to referred patients addressing the age of the patients served. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: * Current CA Speech Therapy licensure * Current CPR certification * 1 year experience as a speech therapist * Knowledge and ability to perform a speech pathology assessment and evaluation * Knowledge of principles concepts diagnostic and therapeutic techniques for speech therapy * Ability to implement practical application of knowledge * Ability to function independently and autonomously * Ability to communicate in writing and verbally in English * Ability to teach and instruct patient family and staff Preferred Qualifications: * 6 months to one year home health experience
