PRN benefits include: * Competitive pay * Mileage reimbursement * 401(k) retirement savings plan * Tuition reimbusement and other discounts Responsibilities: * Conduct appropriate evaluations, assess home environment and identify equipment needs relative to speech/language function * Identify functional speech defects and establish a plan of care to improve patient's function * Administer speech therapy program utilizing specialized therapeutic technique and/or equipment and recommend communication devices/aids as indicated * Maintain accurate and timely documentation * Participate in case conference as required * Ensure compliance with all state and federal legal and regulatory requirements * Additional responsibilities as assigned Qualifications: * Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology with current licensure to practice in state of operation * 1+ year experience in Speech Language Pathology * Home health experience preferred * Commitment to clinical and documentation excellence
