Location:Pueblo Branch Coverage area: Pueblo County Schedule: PRN Our comprehensive benefits include: * Competitive compensation * Mileage reimbursement * Flexible schedule * Employee referral program * 401(k) retirement savings plan * Employee discounts Responsibilities: * Assesses and evaluates assigned clients * Develops Individual Education Plan or Individual Family Education Plan for those requiring direct or consultative services * Plans, initiates, and periodically re-assesses the effectiveness of program and services * Provides direct service to clients and consultative services to educational staff/parents * Occasionally facilitates the procurement of, fabricates, modifies, or adjusts adaptive equipment * Communicates with parents and educational/school therapy staff on a regular basis through telephone calls, meetings, or in writing * Keeps an ongoing log of all visits with program objectives and progress * Coordinates clients program with other therapists and educational staff for the purpose of achieving uniformity of goals * Performs/writes annual/re-evaluation reviews prior to review date * Other reviews are prepared as needed and submitted to Individual Education Plan manager in time for meeting * Other duties as assigned Qualifications: * Possesses minimum of a Master's degree in Speech and Language Pathology and a current Speech and Language Pathology license in state providing service * Experience with the pediatric population preferred
