This role is designed for a clinician who delivers exceptional patient care, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys both personal and professional growth. The ideal candidate will have: * Extraordinary customer service skills and a patient-centered approach * A positive, flexible, and collaborative mindset * Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making abilities * The ability to work independently while staying connected and coordinated with the broader team * Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal * Proficiency in modified barium swallow studies (MBSS) * Strong background in acute care caseloads Preferred Qualifications: NICU experience FEES certification Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications * Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist required. * Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language & Hearing Association or eligibility for Certification pending professional experience required. * Certified BLS or completion in the first 90 days of employment required. #BSWIR-Inpatient
