Sign On Bonus: $15,000 Responsibilities: Speech-language pathologists assess, diagnose, treat, and help with language problems and to prevent communication and swallowing disorders in patients. ESSENTIAL KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES * Demonstrates competence with clinical skills necessary to provide care appropriately to all the patient groups served by the speech language pathology service * Provides treatments as included in POC * Provides instruction in/demonstration of equipment, treatments, disease process, self care and exercises to patients, family, and staff. * Provides timely and accurate documentation of services provided in the medical record, per policy. * Communicates with medical, nursing and other Rehab staff * Staff will strive to provide service to patients or clients by filling our service promise of Kind, Compassionate Care, EveryPerson, Every Time. * Staff will maintain an awareness of overall safety in regards for all athletes, patients and clients. * Other duties as assigned by management Qualifications: Advanced Degree from Accredited Institution 1-3 years of experience SLP Licensure in State of MN
