Join our team as a Speech Language Pathologist. In the Speech Language Pathologist role you will:

* Act responsible for a continuum of services providing care to patients with neurological, swallowing, speech-language, cognitive, pragmatic, voice and other cognitive related disorders requiring intervention by a Speech-Language Pathologist through an interdisciplinary approach. 
* Utilizes rehab process to promote and restore optimal health to well-being of the patient. Assumes personal accountability for organizational mission and core values.

Qualifications:

In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: 

* Two years of work experience providing direct patient care in an inpatient or outpatient setting preferred
* Prior use of electronic medical records (EMR), preferred
* Master's degree in speech-language therapy with a Certificate of Clinical Competence
* Current Certificate of Clinical Competency from the American-Speech-Language-Hearing Association
* Current Speech Language Pathologist Certification with the State of Colorado
* Current Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association

Physical Requirements-Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)

Scheduled hours are between 32-40 hours a week.  There is some flexibility with the schedules (open to either a 4 or 5 day per week schedule.)  Occasional weekend on call coverage required/No holidays.  Patient population: inpatient adults, outpatient adults and pediatrics.  There is an opportunity to be cross-trained to cover in a home setting with a pediatric patient (0-3 year old early intervention.) New Grads are welcome to apply (must have SLP license).
