Do you excel in providing personalized attention to patients with cardiac conditions? If so, we invite you to join our dynamic team as a Specialty Nurse in our Cardiology Clinic. About Us: Our Cardiology Clinic is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with various cardiac conditions. We prioritize compassion, innovation, and excellence in all aspects of our practice. As a Specialty Nurse in our clinic, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with leading Cardiologists and a supportive team dedicated to improving the heart health of our community. Responsibilities: * Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with cardiac conditions, including health history, vital signs, and medication reconciliation. * Assist cardiologists in performing diagnostic procedures such as stress tests, echocardiograms, and Holter monitoring. * Educate patients about their cardiac condition, treatment options, medications, and lifestyle modifications. * Coordinate patient care by scheduling appointments, referrals, and diagnostic tests as needed. * Administer medications, perform wound care, and assist with minor procedures under the supervision of a physician. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes Qualifications: * Valid nursing license in Iowa * Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred. * Certification in Cardiac Nursing (e.g., AACN or ANCC) highly desirable. * BLS and Mandatory Reporter certification required. * Excellent communication, organizational, and patient care skills.
