本ポジションは、日本のディレクターにダイレクトレポートし、セールス、新規ビジネス開拓、マーケティング、アプリケーションに関する社内業務を幅広くサポートします。
業務には、各種コーディネーションや管理業務に加え、ビジネス案件のパイプライン管理・分析、市場および価格動向の調査など、ビジネス分析業務も含まれます。

Reporting to the Director of Japan, the Specialist, Sales Support is responsible for all internal activities in Sales/Market Development, Marketing, Application, coordination and administration tasks as well as some of business analytical activities such as managing and analyzing the opportunity pipeline, market insights and local pricing evaluation.

* 見積書作成、物流部との調整、認証書類の管理、社内発注、請求書管理、イベント準備、電話対応など、効果的なオペレーションのサポートを行う
* 週次・月次の売上報告およびデータ分析を行い、アカウント別に過去数年分の比較分析を実施する
* 日本市場における価格ファイルを管理し、市場および価格の動向を調査する
* デモ機器の管理、予約調整、デモ管理ファイルの定期更新を行う
* イベント、展示会、顧客向けデモ機器の貸出に関する発送手配および返却確認を行う
* セールス/新規ビジネス開拓チームが作成するビジネス案件のパイプラインを管理・分析し、活動改善の提案を行う
* パートナー企業からのセルスルー/パススルーデータを集約し、製品ファミリー別の比較分析を可視化する(例:Power BI)
* マーケティングチームをサポートし、パイプラインデータベースへのリード(新規見込み顧客)情報の登録・更新、セミナーやワークショップ等のイベントコーディネーションを補助する
* アドミ業務の効率化やプロセス改善の提案を行う
* 部門間でのクロスファンクショナルな関係構築を通じて、チーム間の円滑なコミュニケーションに貢献する
* その他、割り当てられた業務を遂行する

* Provide Effective Operational Support, assist with quotation creation, phone handling, logistics coordination, certification generation, internal order placement, invoice management, and event arrangements
* Weekly and Monthly Sales Reporting and Data Analysis including comparative analysis through past years per account level
* Maintain local price file and update market insights and local pricing evaluation in the market
* Demo Equipment Management, coordinate demo equipment bookings, regular update demo management file
* Handling all sending and receiving of equipment for loaner machines, trade shows and other events
* Managing and Analyzing opportunity pipeline, which Sales/Market Development Team create by analyzing various opportunity metrics to provide valuable insights for our future business development
* Aggregating and analyzing Sell Thru/Pass Thru data from partners by e.g., Power BI. Visualize to enable comparative analysis by product family
* Assist Marketing team to upload/update lead (new prospected customers) information in CSP (pipeline database), organize and co-ordinate seminars, workshops, and other marketing events
* Create administrative efficiencies and find ways to improve processes
* Cultivate cross-functional relationships between departments and improve communication across teams
* Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Japanese:
* 学士号を取得していること(経営学または関連分野が望ましい)
* 関連業務での実務経験が3年以上あること
* SAP BWおよびSalesforceモジュールの使用経験があること
* ビジネスに関する理解力と数値感覚を有すること
* Microsoft Office に関するスキル、特に Excel においては高度な操作スキルを有すること
* 複数のプロジェクトを同時に管理し、優先順位をつけて対応できる能力
* 英語での読み書きスキル(メール対応が可能なレベル)、会話は基礎レベルでも可
* 前向きな姿勢とチームプレイヤーとしての協調性
* 柔軟かつ臨機応変に業務を遂行できること(自主性があること)
* 自己管理能力があり、細部にまで注意を払えること
* 対人スキルに優れ、サポーティブかつ迅速に対応できる実績があること
English:
* Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration or related discipline
* Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
* Experience in SAP BW and Salesforce modules as well as an affinity to new technologies and software are essential
* Strong analytical skills with business and numerical sense
* Strong computer skills, Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel skill
* Effectively able to handle and prioritize multiple projects
* Good written English skills for email communication, while basic spoken English is acceptable
* Positive attitude and team player
* Highly resourceful and flexible in accomplishing tasks and solving problems; self-starter
* Well-organized and attention to details
* Exceptional interpersonal skills with demonstrated experience of being helpful and responsive
