Responsibilities: The Sales Solutions Specialist is responsible for in-store merchandising and execution driving sales growth opportunities and maintaining store partnerships. The Sales Solutions Specialist will maximize sales through product placement and will be responsible for executing Store Solutions activities and completion of store planogram sets. As with all positions at KeHE Distributors, we expect that all actions will be consistent with KeHE's Mission, Vision, and Values. Qualifications: * High school diploma/GED required (associate degree preferred). * Outstanding communication (both verbal and written) and relationship management skills with people at all organizational levels. * Ability to prioritize workload to have the most significant impact on customer satisfaction. * Proficient in using Excel, PowerPoint, PBI and other like tools. * Prior experience in food industry and/or code sensitive product environment preferred. * Demonstrated ability to effectively identify long-term issues, develop and implement strategies to address those issues, and link shorter-term activities to these strategies. * Demonstrated proficiency in attention to accuracy and detail. * Demonstrate competencies in the following areas: financial acumen, ability to collaborate, courage, sense of urgency, and effectively manage complexity of many priorities. * Ability and willingness to work flexible hours. * Ability and willingness to travel daily with overnight stay as needed to support the requirements of the position. * Follow established KeHE policies and procedures to accomplish the above accountabilities. * Other duties and special projects as requested to support the Retailer.
