Responsibilities: The Sales Solutions Specialist is responsible for assessing store for sales growth opportunities and maintaining store partnerships. They will maximize sales through innovative product placement and presentation. Responsible for executing store solutions activities and completion of all store sets. This is an HOURLY WAGE POSITION working Monday through Friday. Qualifications: * Prior experience in food/grocery industry * High school diploma/GED required; Associate degree preferred * Outstanding communication (both verbal and written) and relationship management skills with people at all organizational levels * Proficient in using Zoom, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Microsoft Office as well as navigating an iPad * Demonstrated proficiency in attention to accuracy and detail to prioritize workload to have the most significant impact on customer satisfaction * Demonstrates the competencies of financial acumen, ability to collaborate, sense of urgency, and effectively managing complexity * Working knowledge of product, categories, and merchandising techniques * Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including some weekends (if applicable) * Ability and willingness to travel and stay overnights to support the requirements of the position * Maintain a reliable vehicle for transportation to and from stores Physical Requirements Physical Requirements The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
