Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Operations and Project Management Specialist provides project coordination and orchestration of strategic people and culture initiatives to support the Talent Acquisition Team. This position will execute and monitor strategic initiatives, enable and support exceptional change management, and communicate effectively to drive HR transformation, operational enhancements, and strategic improvements. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Operations Team, this position requires a blend of strong consultative and critical thinking skills with keen knowledge of project management best practices. Ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates visible momentum.
Must have 3 years of Project Management Experience. Recruitment experience is preferred.
Candidates must be proficient with Excel and have experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
