Responsibilities:

The Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for developing sales of Natural, Organic, Specialty, and Fresh products for retailers. This position is remote and is responsible for identifying, establishing and building business with natural markets, grocery stores, deli's, cafe's, coffee shops and more. The Inside Sales Specialist will drive profitable growth with the existing retailer base through vertical sales, and lead new business. As with all positions at KeHE Distributors, we expect that all actions will be consistent with KeHE's Mission, Vision, and Values.

Qualifications:

* 
* Experience with retail merchandising, grocery category management, the consumer package goods industry, and/or the grocery industry are a plus. 
* Natural, specialty and or fresh product knowledge with the ability to recognize brands and trends. 
* Experience with Microsoft Power BI a plus
* Demonstrate skill and competence with all Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel 
* Possess a sense of urgency and attention to accuracy and detail. 
* Project management, attention to detail, and organizational skills. 
* Proven track record of using data to drive decision making and results. 
* Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced business environment
* Ability to interact with a diverse group of individuals and contribute to a collaborative work environment- must be a team player. 

Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude

* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Supply Chain, or Marketing
* Minimum one to three years of sales experience required
* Grocery experience a plus.
* Proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
