Overview:
To develop the overall vision and strategy for the spa. Implement processes to support the vision, increase revenue and enhance customer service in all areas of the spa.

* Perform all payroll and labor related functions, administer tips, and manage KRONOS.
* Coordinate with cleaning services and engineering to ensure that the facility is clean and in working order.
* Manages services contract with fitness equipment companies
* Coordinate scheduling of the Front Desk, Attendant, Utility Cleaner and Provider positions
* Train, coach, and develop new associates.
* Prepare and administer discipline and coaching.
* Oversee facial and massage supplies inventories, Purchase Orders and all other applicable reporting.
* Liaison with service providers - facilitate trainings & meetings.
* Manage and log all service recovery issues, research billing problems and comp reports with proper follow up with accounting.
* Ensure revenue generation and expense control in spa to fulfill company expectations.
* Oversee scheduling and balancing of the books to ensure appointments are balanced correctly
* Develop strategies to promote retail purchases and up-sells during treatments
* Participate in spa activities including meetings, quality assurance programs, educational events, workshops, inventory, or promotions as requested.
* Provide on-the-job training to any new and current associate as needed, or as directed by the Spa Director.
* Responsible for 30-, 60-, and 90-day checklist and evaluations of new hires.
* Maintain an efficient system of communication with Spa Director regarding operations, guest and associate events or needs through an MOD report or other form of communication
* Hold staff accountable for end of shift checklists and assignments
* Conduct walk-throughs daily and report areas of concern in synergy or the appropriate channel.
* Ensure that Omni Standard Operating Procedures are maintained and adhered to in all assigned areas
* Represent the Spa as needed at meetings, including stand-ups, departmental meetings, and monthly OST.
* Present a well-groomed, professional appearance always while on property
* Order weekly supplies through Birchstreet.
* Review and resolve all gust opportunities or guest recovery opportunities in a timely manner
* Perform MOS training with associates, as required.
Qualifications:
Requirements:
* Directly supervises employees in the spa complex.
* Minimum of two years in related field with management experience preferred.
* Experience in hospitality field high preferred.
* Flexibility with schedule to include evenings and weekends.
* Good organizational skills and attention to detail required.
* Must be able to stand, walk, sit, and talk or hear.
* Must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
