Overview: By Light Professional IT Services LLC readies warfighters and federal agencies with technology and systems engineered to connect, protect, and prepare individuals and teams for whatever comes next. Headquartered in McLean, VA, By Light supports defense, civilian, and commercial IT customers worldwide. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. * 15+ years of experience in IT architecture, systems engineering, or solutions design. * 10+ years of experience working with DoD or federal IT environments. * Proven track record of designing and implementing complex IT solutions in cloud, on-premises, or hybrid environments. * Expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, DoDAF). * Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or DoD Cloud) and associated services (e.g., EC2, S3, Azure AD). * Familiarity with network design, virtualization, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). * Experience with ITIL, DevSecOps, and agile methodologies. * Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. * Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
