Responsibilities:
* Responsible for promoting and selling test equipment and test solutions for the electronics manufacturing industry within the assigned territory, and achieving the regional sales targets.
* Master product knowledge, conduct necessary technical communication with target users, clearly present product advantages and features, fully understand customer needs and follow up proactively, develop appropriate test solutions, and drive deal closure.
* Develop new customers and maintain existing ones within the region, submit all required sales reports on time, update the company's order system promptly, comply with all sales management policies, and achieve the assigned sales goals.
* Lead the entire order process-from creating customer profiles, preparing quotations, negotiating prices, conducting internal and external negotiations, reviewing commercial terms in contracts and orders, to order follow-up, delivery coordination, and final payment collection.
* Possess the ability to organize large-scale regional exhibitions, effectively capture customer information, collect potential customer data, and provide professional consultation to support subsequent visits and contract signing.
Qualifications:
* Work experience in the electronics manufacturing (SMT) and ICT testing industry.
* Bachelor's degree in electronics or a related field, with a certain level of English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
* Strong sense of responsibility, learning ability, self-motivation, and stress resistance; able to travel frequently.
* Quick thinking, strong logical skills, and excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
* Affable and team-oriented, with some market analysis and judgment capabilities, and a strong customer service mindset.
