Visit us at https://www.softwareone.com/en Responsibilities: We are currently seeking an experienced cloud Solutions Architect with a focus on Customer Success discussions and to work closely with our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in guiding our clients through their cloud journey and ensuring successful delivery of cloud solutions. As a cloud Solutions Specialist, your role will have a blend of customer initiatives and delivery. You will demonstrate your technical expertise and experience to help our clients understand and achieve the potential of cloud solutions, propose tailored solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of these solutions. Responsibilities: * Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements, provide sales support, and design cloud solutions that meet the needs of our clients. * Guide clients through their cloud journey, from on-premises to cloud migrations as well as cloud-to-cloud migrations. * Ensure proposed solutions adhere to compliance, security standards, and network configurations. * Present and articulate the features and benefits of cloud solutions to clients. * Act as a technical point of contact during the presales stage, answering technical queries and providing advice and support. * Oversee the delivery of proposed solutions, ensuring successful implementation and client happiness. * Work closely with the delivery team, providing architectural mentorship and resolving technical issues. * Continually improve your technical expertise and knowledge of cloud services and technologies. Qualifications: Required Skills and Experience: * Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on cloud technologies. * Proven experience in on-premises to cloud migrations and cloud-to-cloud migrations. * Proficiency in implementing standard processes for cloud security and network configurations. * Industry certification focused on specialist Solution areas. * Experience in designing and implementing Hybrid Cloud solution projects involving implementing Private/Hybrid Clouds. * Excellent problem-solving skills, with a demonstrable ability to identify issues, address them quickly and effectively, and recognize when to seek assistance from internal resources. * Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to efficiently present complex technical concepts to various audiences. Education: * Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field.
