Responsibilities:

Are you passionate about designing solutions that truly solve customer challenges?Do you enjoy collaborating with sales teams and translating business needs into clear, compelling technical proposals?As a Digital Workplace Presales Consultant, you'll partner closely with sales teams and clients to design impactful, customer-centric solutions that drive value and accelerate growth. You'll work across collaboration platforms, unified communications, enterprise mobility, and cloud-based workplace technologies.

You will support the full presales cycle by shaping high-quality Digital Workplace solutions, ensuring proposals are commercially sound, technically accurate, and aligned with customer needs. Your insights will help win deals, expand our market presence, and elevate the strategic positioning of our Digital Workplace portfolio.

Responsibilities:

* Scope and size opportunities alongside sales teams, ensuring clear understanding of requirements, challenges, and desired outcomes.

* Design tailored Digital Workplace solutions that align with customer needs and SoftwareOne's service capabilities.

* Build high-quality proposals and Statements of Work, defining deliverables, timelines, and commercial alignment.

* Support presales activities, including customer workshops, demos, presentations, and solution positioning.

* Maintain and enhance solution collateral, collaborating with marketing to create compelling sales assets.

* Provide market insights, staying ahead of industry trends and identifying opportunities for innovation, cross-sell and upsell.

Qualifications:

* Strong understanding of collaboration platforms, document management, VDI, unified communications, and enterprise mobility.

* Solid knowledge of cloud computing, networking, security, and data storage principles.

* Ability to design solutions that integrate with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, etc.).

* Familiarity with security best practices and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).

* Ability to tailor solutions to customer needs and articulate clear value.

* Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

* Experience solving business problems through technology, delivering innovative and impactful solutions.

* Knowledge of digital workplace, cloud, cybersecurity, analytics, or digital transformation service offerings.

* Ability to build structured, customer-focused proposals and technical documentation.

* Awareness of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings.

* A strong commitment to continuous learning, staying updated on emerging technologies and best practices.
