Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily operations, resource planning, deployment, and monitoring optimization for Alibaba Cloud services (ECS, SLB, RDS, OSS, etc.)
* Design and maintain CI/CD automation pipelines using tools such as Jenkins and Ansible to enable full-cycle automation from development to testing and production
* Write and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) scripts using Terraform and Ansible Playbooks to standardize cloud resource management
* Build and maintain containerized platforms using Kubernetes and Docker, optimizing microservices deployment workflows
* Design and implement system monitoring and alerting frameworks (e.g., Prometheus, Zabbix, Alibaba Cloud Monitoring) to ensure high availability of business systems
* Troubleshoot production environment issues and perform performance tuning; develop emergency response plans and disaster recovery strategies
* Promote DevOps culture, streamline operations processes, and deliver standardized documentation
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
Must-Have Qualifications:
* 5-10 years of hands-on experience in Alibaba Cloud operations or DevOps; Alibaba Cloud ACP/ACE certification is preferred
* Proficient in Jenkins Pipeline design and multi-branch pipeline management; familiar with plugins such as Blue Ocean
* Skilled in writing Ansible Playbooks with experience in large-scale node automation
* Strong scripting skills in Shell/Python, capable of independently developing operations tools
* Familiar with GitOps practices using GitLab/GitHub and Argo CD
* Deep understanding of TCP/IP, load balancing, and network security principles
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
* Experience managing multi-cloud resources using Terraform
* Familiarity with Service Mesh architectures (Istio/Linkerd) or Serverless frameworks
* Prior involvement in high-concurrency systems in finance or e-commerce sectors
* Possession of Kubernetes certifications such as CKA or CKAD
