Responsibilities:

* Technical Support: Provide technical expertise and support to customers, addressing their application needs and challenges.
* Solution Development: Analyze customer requirements and develop tailored solutions to meet their specific needs, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
* Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits.
* Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as their primary contact for technical inquiries and support.
* Sales Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities, qualify leads, and support the sales process from initial contact to deal closure.
* Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products, identifying key differentiators and advantages of the company's offerings.
* Feedback Loop: Gather customer feedback and insights to influence future product development and enhancements.
* Training and Education: Provide training and educational sessions to customers and internal teams on the use and application.
* Post-Sales Support: Assist with post-sales activities, including troubleshooting, technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
