Responsibilities: The candidate will be able to provide presales support to our customers and sales organization on technical positioning of products based on customer test needs for gNB, UE, RF and ORAN. The candidate will be responsible to provide technology trainings, customer application support like troubleshooting, testing on customer DUT, interpreting results, optimization of test scenario, reduction of test times right from edge to core. The candidate should be a strong team player, have good inter-personal skills and connect to various internal organizations like R&D, factory support for customer technical resolution. As also customers, alike. The candidate should be committed to drive technical issues towards logical conclusion. The candidate will be responsible to present papers with confidence and pride in company seminars and various domestic and international forums. Qualifications: Careers Privacy Statement ***Keysight is an Equal Opportunity Employer.*** * Complete understanding of Release 15, 16, 17 and upcoming 18 of 3GPP, RAN4 and RAN5 test cases, its interpretation and test cases applicable for gNB and UE is required. * Detail understating of 3GPP tests for UE/Chipset, conformance test for PTCRB and GCF certification and knowledge of CTIA based test recommendations. * Detail understating of ORAN architecture, test classification, chapter 6, 7, 8 testing. * Knowledge of TSN based network setup for URLLC use cases and its associated testing and verification for ORAN and RF interfaces. * Strong knowledge of L1 operations between UE and enodeB, iRAT, Handovers, MIMO, CA and test methods of validating UE performance at L1 is required. * Excellent understanding of 5G FR1 and FR2 RF and protocol (L1 to L3) measurements, including chamber-based OTA calibration and measurements. * Detail understanding of O-RAN, gNB and UE RF and protocol measurements. * Working knowledge of C-V2X, NTN, IoT, Industry4.0 technologies is desired and an advantage. * Knowledge of Keysight (Network Emulation) NES and E2C (Edge to Core) solution portfolio is desirable an added advantage. * Understanding of channel emulation, massive MIMO, beamforming, carrier aggregation and EN-DC/NR-DC is will be an added advantage. * Hands on experience on Keysight instruments including Signal Geneartor, Signal Analyzer, VXT, UXM 5G, Propsim, Signal Studio, and VSA is required. * Good understanding and hands on experience of Keysight PathWave platform is desired. * Working knowledge of scripting and test automation is needed. * Good understanding of cellular technologies like LTE, 5G NR and connectivity technologies like 802.11ax WLAN, 802.15 Bluetooth/BT LE and GPS is desirable. Educational Qualifications * B. Tech./M. Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering from IITs, NITs, or any other reputed institute with minimum CGPA of >8.0/10. * Experience: 8 to 15 years. Flexible for exceptional candidates.
